I wrote this poem years ago, and thought of it recently as winter carries on. Interestingly, I find it to be more meaningful now than when I wrote it. I hope you enjoy it!

Towering, soaring in all its glory.
Swaying, quivering in nobility.
Grazing the heavens with poise,
Whispering of life's great joys.

Shading, protecting all that lies below.
Bravely sheltering from wind, rain and snow.
Stationed in most confidently,
Undeviating loyalty.

Balanced, strong and majestic is just one.
However, in unison is like none,
With strength not to be succumb.

Have a great day!

With a grateful heart,
