Today I spotted this dandelion up against my rotting garden wall. The dandelion is a persistent one. She is not picking about where she takes root. She brightly smiles, reflecting the sun. Then spreads her beauty on the breathe of a wish. I think there’s a lesson to be learned here (and perhaps another poem in the making π).
Forgiveness Love everlasting God's great gift Given to us His sacrifice remembered On this blessed day
Happy Easter! May your day be filled with happiness!
With a grateful heart, Heather
If you like dandelions as much as I do check out my poem, A Hopeful Sigh
Welcome new friends. I'm Heather, a homeschooling mama raising three children alongside my husband. I love to walk our two dogs, photograph nature, and write poetry. As a family, we love reading together, creating art, sports and all things nature. We also enjoy sharing our learning experiences with friends and creating co-op opportunities. I enjoy writing about our homeschool adventures, as well as nature and sharing recipes. My heart is grateful for my family, our homeschool, our friends and homeschool community, as well as the nature around us. In addition to following my blog, you can find me on Facebook at Home Study from the Grateful Heart.

Thank you and a Happy Easter to you: lovely shadorma π
Oh no! I wonder if it’s because I have it set as my featured photo… I have included again at the end of the post. Let me know if you can see it now.π
Beautiful! I actually like your rotted wood as a background to the flower. My feature photo doesn’t show up when others view from their phone. It is my theme so I have to add it twice if I want it to be seen. π
